Day 0: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be welcomed by your private safari guide and transferred to your luxury hotel in Arusha. Relax after your journey and enjoy a safari briefing before beginning your unforgettable Northern Tanzania adventure.

Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park – Karatu
After breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for your first safari experience. Explore the park's beautiful landscapes, famous for ancient baobab trees, large elephant herds and the wildlife-rich Tarangire River area. Search for lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeest, antelopes and abundant birdlife during your full-day game drive. In the late afternoon, continue to Karatu near the Ngorongoro Highlands for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Karatu – Central Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, travel through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Enjoy spectacular scenery and wildlife sightings along the way before entering the Serengeti plains. Continue to the Seronera region for an afternoon game drive before arriving at your luxury camp.

Day 3: Full-Day Central Serengeti Safari

Day 4: Full-Day Serengeti National Park Safari

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Safari
Descend more than 600 metres into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day safari. Explore one of Africa's richest wildlife areas, home to the Big Five including black rhinos, lions, elephants, buffaloes and hippos. After the crater tour, return to your lodge in Karatu.

Day 7: Lake Manyara National Park – Mto wa Mbu
After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park, located beneath the dramatic cliffs of the Great Rift Valley. Enjoy a game drive through the park's diverse habitats, including groundwater forests, open plains and the lakeshore area. Look for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos, baboons, monkeys, flamingos and a variety of bird species. In the afternoon, continue to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Mto wa Mbu – Arusha National Park – Arusha

Later continue to Arusha for overnight.

Day 9: Arusha – Mkomazi National Park
Depart Arusha and travel east toward the remote wilderness of Mkomazi National Park. Enjoy an afternoon game drive searching for elephants, giraffes, zebras, elands, oryx, gerenuk and other wildlife. You may also visit the Mkomazi Rhino Sanctuary depending on availability.

Day 10: Mkomazi Morning Safari – Moshi

The short dry season (January to March) is great for bird watching and the calving season. For the Great Migration river crossings, plan for July to October in Northern Serengeti.
