This 12-day luxury Tanzania safari and Zanzibar holiday combines the wildlife highlights of Tanzania's Northern Safari Circuit with a relaxing stay on the white-sand beaches of Zanzibar. The journey begins with a comfortable arrival in Arusha before continuing to Tarangire National Park, Central Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater.
Travel privately in a specially equipped 4×4 safari vehicle with a professional driver-guide. Enjoy a full-day game drive in Tarangire, two complete days exploring Central Serengeti and a memorable descent into the Ngorongoro Crater. The safari offers excellent opportunities to see elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras and, with good fortune, the endangered black rhinoceros.
After the Ngorongoro Crater safari, return to Arusha and board a scheduled domestic flight to Zanzibar. Your island stay includes several full days at a luxury beachfront resort, allowing enough time to rest after the safari and enjoy the Indian Ocean at a comfortable pace.
The Zanzibar experience includes one day dedicated to a selected hotel or nearby leisure activity, followed by a combined Nakupenda Sandbank and Stone Town excursion. Swim and snorkel around the sandbank, enjoy a seafood lunch and discover the historic streets, markets and cultural landmarks of Stone Town.
The final two days are reserved for complete beach and resort relaxation. Day 12 includes a full day and overnight stay at the hotel. Your private transfer to Zanzibar International Airport takes place the following morning according to your flight schedule.
